From Cape Town, take the N2 out of the city, towards Somerset West.
Just past Houwhoek Pass, take the R43 turn-off [to the left] towards Hermanus. Drive through Hermanus, and still on the R43, pass Stanford [on your right]. Drive to Gansbaai, and follow the directions below:
From George on the N2 towards Cape Town: At 10 km past Riviersonderend, take the Hermanus/Stanford turn-off and drive 20 km to Stanford. At the T-junction, turn left on the Hermanus-Gansbaai road, and follow the directions below.
From Hermanus you will enter Gansbaai in Main Road.
Travel straight through Gansbaai on Main Road, crossing four 4-way stops.
At the fifth stop [800 meter out of Gansbaai] - turn RIGHT towards Kleinbaai [Also Blompark, Birkenhead and Danger Point on sign board].
Travel for 2.8 km on this road [passing the turn-offs to Blompark& Danger Point to the right] until you reach a stop sign. Here is also a direction sign for Aire del Mar - to the left
Turn left in Van Dyk Street and travel for about one km until you reach no. 77 Van Dyk Street [Aire del Mar Guest House] on your left.
