From Johannesburg: N1 south via Bloemfontein to the Gariep Dam turnoff (~40 km before Colesberg); left onto R701 toward town (~5 km); near the Shell Garage left onto R33; right onto Loerie Street up the hill; right onto Valk Street, then right after ~100 m. From Cape Town: N1 north to the Gariep Dam turnoff (~40 km past Colesberg); right onto R701; same local approach as above. From Steynsburg/Venterstad: over the Gariep Dam wall on the R33; after the wall, continue ~3 km; left onto Loerie Street; left at Valk Street, then right after ~100 m.
