A one-bedroomed apartment on the upper floor of the main dwelling, accessed via an external staircase. The large double bedroom has French doors opening onto a small balcony. The bed is fitted with either an extra-length kingsize or extra-length single beds. The living room has a sofabed for an extra guest or child.

The kitchenette has a double-door fridge, 2-plate gas hob, microwave and griller, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower.
