Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with shower or bath/shower combo, a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, and bar fridge, and a king-sized bed convertible into two singles. Units accommodate a maximum of two guests and have a separate outside entrance. Cutlery and crockery are provided.

All units include Wi-Fi, OpenView TV, HDMI cable, wall heater, ceiling fan, desk, full-length mirror, and a lock-up safe. One inside parking bay per unit is included. A peaceful garden and outside communal areas are available. Solar power and a water reservoir serve as backups.
