Akkommodasie

Twelve en-suite tented chalets with twin or double beds and three family units, all built on stilts over the riverbed with veranda views. Nine camping pitches include electricity, shade, and braai areas. En-suite tents feature open-air bathrooms. Self-catering canvas units offer mini kitchenettes and braai facilities.

Fasiliteite

Central lapa houses reception, bar, lounge, dining area, and curio shop. Restaurant offers three-course and set menus; buffet breakfast includes fresh breads, fruits, cereals, cheeses, and cooked items. Swimming pool, lawn area, braai facilities, and communal ablutions with hot water showers available.

Ligging & Omgewing

Banks of the Hoanib River in Khowarib Gorge, northwest Namibia, on the fringe of Kaokoland with easy Damaraland access. The 25km gorge features deep valleys and waterfalls. Nearby: approximately 600 desert elephants, Palmwag Conservancy (130 black rhinos), Himba settlements, rock art spanning 6,000 years, and Etendeka Mountains.
