Categories include Signature VIP Suites, Junior Suites, Executive Rooms, Deluxe Suites, Deluxe Rooms, Standard Rooms, African Suites, and Accessibility Rooms. Executive Rooms are housed in a two-storey contemporary Cape Dutch building. Most rooms feature king-size beds with an option to interchange to twin beds.

The Winelands Spa has 9 therapy rooms and thermae facilities including steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzis, an indoor heated pool, an outdoor lap pool, and a heated vitality pool. Three restaurants, a library bar, a pool bar, and conference facilities with a fully equipped business centre are on site. In-room dining is available from 7am to 10pm.
