Amenities include shower, sporting TV, kitchen, jungle gym, gas braai. Complex provides direct access to beach, two swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, minigolf, volleyball court, landscaped gardens and ponds with resident ducks, barbecue facilities, full laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers. Surf Bay Sands complex is located very close to beach, within walking distance to Shelly Centre and many restaurants, central to Margate, many golf courses, scenic routes. Enjoy early morning walks on beach, watch whales, dolphins, amazing bird life during winter months which are warm and sunny with blue skies.
