Two suites. The Nest Suite has French country ambience with queen-size extra-long bed for two guests, corner bath, small dining area, full DSTV and small fridge. The Birdhouse Suite has self-contained accommodation with queen-size extra-long bed plus two single beds, kitchenette, and lounge with television, books and magazines.

Serene Tea Garden and the on-site Miz Gooz Berry School of Cookery and Crafts offering retreats. Homemade breakfasts, meals and packed picnics from the Kaapsche Hoop oven. Kitchen caters for vegan, paleo, keto, diabetic and allergies when advised in advance. Braai facilities and equipped rucksacks for walks available on request.

The property is in the quieter part of the mountain village of Kaapschehoop at the edge of the village in a peaceful garden with forest views and wild horses grazing nearby. Nearby eateries include Bohemia Groove Café using local produce and home-grown herbs, and Salvador pub serving pizzas and grills.
