Five bedrooms include Room Jen, a 30m² wheelchair-friendly queen room with private ensuite and patio doors to the pool; Room Jada, a 28m² queen room with bath and shower ensuite; and Room Jodi, a 30m² family unit with two separate rooms containing a queen bed and a double bed. Room Tish has two three-quarter beds and Room Akin has a double bed. All rooms have Egyptian cotton bedding.

Communal facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, 450L fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus a lounge, dining room, TV room, outdoor swimming pool and barbeque area. Free uncapped Wi-Fi with Netflix and YouTube is provided. Secure parking behind remote-controlled gates is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Laundry service and baggage storage are offered.
