The house features high pressed ceilings, wood paneled walls, handcrafted stained glass windows, book-lined corridors and antiques collected through generations. It sleeps 12 across 2 en-suite king/twin bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms. Bathrooms include 2 en-suite with shower and bath, one shared bathroom with shower, and one shared bathroom with bath.

Fasiliteite

Fully self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen, pantry and scullery. Braai facilities are available with wood provided. Living areas include a dining room and lounge with fireplace, a formal lounge/parlour, and a TV room/library. WiFi is available throughout, and bed warmers and a stoep are also provided.

Ligging & Omgewing

Wheatlands is a working Angora Goat Stud and Merino sheep farm where Springboks and Kudus roam the veld. The Graaff-Reinet area offers access to Camdeboo National Park, the Valley of Desolation, historical architecture, museums, art galleries, heritage sites, shopping, coffee shops and restaurants.
