The light-filled living area has Trappieskop mountain views. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave/convection oven, and gas hob.

The outdoor living area includes a wood-fired hot tub, large deck, private garden, and braai/barbecue. The property has high-speed WiFi, an alarm system, a small safe, secure off-street parking, a separate private entrance, and weekly servicing.

Ligging & Omgewing

The house is on the slopes of Trappieskop mountain in Clovelly, bordering Table Mountain National Park. Fish Hoek and Clovelly beaches are a 5-minute walk. Kalk Bay, with its working harbour and eateries, is a short drive. Boulders Beach and Cape Point Nature Reserve are 20 minutes away.
