From O.R. Tambo International Airport to 206 Amarand Ave, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, will take you about 40 minutes and cover 48.6 kilometres if the traffic plays along! The main routes are the R21 and the Ben Schoeman Freeway (N1).
1. Getting out of the Airport:
First up, you'll need to leave the airport area. Follow the signs for To Freight Complex and then Voortrekker Road to get onto the R21. This quick little hop should take about 6 minutes and is only 3.6 km.
2. The Main Stretch to Pretoria:
Now for the big drive! Stay on the R21 as it heads towards Pretoria; you'll eventually merge onto the Ben Schoeman Freeway/N1. Keep an eye out for Exit 139—that's your stop! This is the longest part of the journey, clocking in at around 27 minutes over 43.4 km.
3. The Final Approach:
Once you've taken Exit 139, continue onto Garsfontein Road (M30). Then, look for and turn onto Aramist Avenue, which will lead you straight to Amarand Avenue in Waterkloof Glen. You're almost there! This last leg is short, about 6 minutes and only 1.6 km Trilogy Building,Unit no 136.
