The property comprises of two spacious en suite bedrooms, i e the so-called Room with a Sea View (luxury double room) and the so-called Another Room with a Sea View (luxury triple room). Each room is fully self-contained and has its own well-equipped kitchen plus en suite bathroom. Each unit has its own private braai facility. Also available is the so-called 14 Penguin Place Beach Apartment, a spacious two-bedroom apartment, the latter also being fully equipped to ensure a carefree vacation. The apartment also has its own separate braai area. The guest house is fully solar powered, has its own water source and is situated less than five kilometers from Koeberg Power Station and Koeberg Nature Reserve.
