On Sandpiper Road (4th property on the left when approaching from Hillcrest). Near Beaconhurst and Hillcrest, with an Engen garage at the Beaconhurst/Hillcrest junction. Approachable from Batting Bridge (into Beacon Bay), from Beacon Bay Retail Park via Bonza Bay Road, and from the Blue Lagoon Hotel area (Sandpiper Road runs uphill opposite the hotel car park; the B&B is at the top on the right). Route from Batting Bridge passes a sports club and follows the river before climbing a small hill.
