Location & Surroundings

White River is a little town tucked away in the Crocodile River Valley, just north of Nelspruit. Situated close to the border of the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route, and surrounded by scenic forests, it’s a largely underrated escape for nature lovers.

Interesting attractions include the White River Gallery, St George’s Anglican Church, Mission End Trading Post, the Lowveld Botanical Garden, Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre, Chimpanzee Eden, and MalaMala Game Reserve which shares a common border with the Kruger National Park.
