Situated on the first floor of Boulder Bay in Ballito, 33 Boulder Bay is a privately owned and cared for holiday apartment with beautiful sea views. The complex is ideally located on the popular boardwalk, between the two main beaches and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The complex also features two communal pools, braai facilities and secure undercover parking for one vehicle and a visitor parking.

The unit features two bedrooms comfortably accommodating 4 guests, ideal for families or two couples. The main bedroom includes a king bed with amazing sea views, while the second bedroom consists of two single beds. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and other appliances, as well as cutlery and crockery to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

The open-plan living area features a 4-seater dining table and is equipped with an air-conditioner as well as a SMART TV. Guests can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi to keep connected, as well as enjoy the comfy couches, a coffee table and the dining area. Guests can step out onto the balcony to better enjoy the stunning sea views and possibly spot some dolphins. Inverters have been installed, so no more interruptions to lights, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and the TV during load shedding.
