Within a 2 km radius of the central business district, golf courses, restaurants, and waterfront. The complex is on the shores of the lagoon within walking distance to all amenities. A filling station and supermarket are meters away from the entrance to the complex. A leisurely walk on a paved pathway along the lagoon to the Waterfront which has many restaurants.

Knysna is situated in the heart of the Garden Route. Many adventure activities in close proximity such as kayaking bungee jumping canopy tours etc. A mere 450km from Cape Town Airport and George is 50 km away.
