The Alimandi Nursery Cottage is a stylish self-catering cottage located on a 3-hectare smallholding that boasts an award-winning nursery specializing in indigenous and water-wise plants. The property is conveniently situated on the R44, Klapmuts, and 500 m from the N1.

The off-the-grid cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a bath with handheld shower attachment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a bar fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Outside, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai, a welcoming splash pool, and a boma fire pit.
