Azure Horizons is a newly built coastal home located less than 100 metres from Kayak Beach, affectionately known as ?Little Greece?, renowned for its crystal-blue waters, inviting swimming spots and distinctive West Coast charm. Set within the secure Shelley Point Estate, guests have access to safe beaches and the estate?s 9-hole golf course.

At the heart of the home is a light-filled, open-plan living space where the kitchen, lounge and dining area flow seamlessly together. The fully equipped kitchen supports easy self-catering, whether it?s a relaxed breakfast before the beach or a shared dinner in the evening. Multiple living areas provide room to unwind, socialise or enjoy some quiet time.

The home offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with an additional guest bathroom for convenience. Indoor and outdoor braai areas are thoughtfully positioned for comfortable entertaining. Upstairs, a cosy pyjama lounge with a kitchenette and dedicated workspace creates a quiet retreat, opening onto a balcony with outdoor seating ? ideal for relaxed evenings.

Practical amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and robot vacuums. Entertainment is well catered for with three Smart TVs, as well as Alexa and Bluetooth speakers in the bar area and pyjama lounge.

Outside, a private heated swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture, offering a relaxed setting for daytime lounging. Guests are also welcome to use the stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, board games and bar area, adding variety and enjoyment to their stay.

Location & Surroundings

Shelley Point Estate and the greater St Helena Bay offer a peaceful West Coast escape, uniquely positioned as one of the few places worldwide to see both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The bay, encompassing 18 distinct coves, is fed by the Benguela current, ensuring calm waters rich in marine life, perfect for swimming and sailing.

The Shelley Point peninsula features three serene beaches. Visitors can relax on the Golden Mile or explore the picturesque Kayak Beach, which locals call Little Greece for its striking white sand and turquoise water, ideal for paddling. The bay is a haven for wildlife, with resident Heaviside's dolphins frequently spotted and Southern Right whales visiting between August and November to calve.

A distinct landmark is the white Steenbok Lighthouse, also known as the Stompneus Point Lighthouse, which marks the tip of the peninsula and offers excellent sunset views. Beyond natural beauty, the estate provides resort facilities, including a nine-hole golf course with ocean views, a Wellness Centre, and amenities for tennis. The area's history is tied to Vasco da Gama, who made his first South African landing here in 1497.
