Accommodation
Five room types are available, from the 48m² Grand Suite sleeping up to 3 guests at R1,650 per night, to a Budget Room at R1,090 per night. The 69m² Two Bedroom Deluxe King and Twin Suite sleeps up to 4. Rooms include king-sized beds, single beds, and bath or shower options.
Facilities
Lodge guests have access to a pool with lake views, fishing, sun loungers and towels, a large outdoor boma, Spencer's Restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, the Thandanani Bar and Lounge, and free parking. Pause Wellness Spa operates on Saturdays. Rooms include a television, ceiling fan, coffee station, and mini bar.
Location & Surroundings
The farm is 30 km north east of Pretoria on the R573 - Moloto Road, one hour from O.R. Tambo International Airport. Bass Lake holds tilapia, bass, and trout. Kudu, impala, zebra, and warthogs are present on the property. Over 200 bird species have been documented, with a bird hide at the dam.
