Directions to Bemugi's Place

By boat: from Maputo (Porto de Pesca) approximately 1h15, weather dependent; or pick-up from Inhaca ferry. Ferry to Inhaca runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Cross Maputo Bay by own boat or transfer. By car (4×4 only): overland via Maputo Special Park/Reserve approximately 3–4 hours from Futi Gate on a 60 km sandy road. Entrance and exit fee: 400 MT per person/trailer/car. Gate closes 17:00 (Apr–Aug) and 18:00 (Sep–Mar). Follow the power line, then the road to Santa Maria; the road ends at Bemugi's Place. Car parking available for a fee.
