Three individually restored cottages, each sleeping 2 in a double bed. All feature living areas with woodburners, fully equipped kitchens with gas plates and solar fridges, bathrooms with baths. Kliphuis is shepherd's hut-inspired. Modderhuis is a mudhouse with Karoo views and private cold tub. Sinkhuis is built from reclaimed iron.

Self-catering cottages with braai and potjie cooking facilities. Pre-order dinner menu available (R300 per person). Quality linens, candles, indoor fireplaces with complimentary wood and braai supplies. Solar power with limited electricity. Coffee, tea, milk, homemade rusks, and baked bread provided. Gallery, mini bookery, and games on-site. No WiFi or TV.

This remote, unspoilt property sits 30km north of Laingsburg in the Moordenaarskaroo. Expansive vlei and mountain vistas characterise the Karoo landscape. Buffels River offers crystal-clear pools. Wildlife includes jackals, springbok, baboons, black eagles. Activities: walks in the veld, stargazing, wildlife viewing, olive tree tending, donkey interaction.
