Driftwood is a unique plantation-style house nestled on the mountainside of FishHoek. We offer a comfortable self- catering experience in Fish Hoek, featuring three stylish bedrooms each appointed with a king-sized bed (that can be separated into a twin on request) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We have an 2 single beds available for children on request. Nestled between ocean and mountain you are well situated to take a wander down the lanes to the beach or to take a stroll or drive to the quaint village of Kalk Bay to explore. The guest house is just a two-minute drive to the swimming beach which makes it an exceptionally convenient and picturesque base for your family holiday.

We are a coffee roasting family and serve our Hand Made Coffees blend directly to you during your stay. Our exclusive espresso machine matches the yesteryear style of Driftwood and serves a fine espresso, macciato or cappuccino if you prefer. Let our in-house host and barista serve you a fresh cup of coffee to start your days off with us as well as a freshly baked croissant.

Fish Hoek is a relaxed, family-friendly coastal town located along Cape Town's False Bay coastline. Known for its warm waters, safe swimming conditions and laid-back atmosphere, it's a favourite destination for beach lovers, retirees, families, and outdoor enthusiasts.

It is situated between Muizenberg and Simon's Town. Fish Hoek enjoys warmer water than the Atlantic side, making it great for swimming. The town offers a quiet, safe environment with a friendly community feel. It is well connected via Main Road (M4) and Fish Hoek railway station, offering easy access to Cape Town and the Southern Peninsula.
