*Fully loaded kid-friendly family villa with a pool, sun deck, garden, patio, a real fireplace, air conditioning and breath-taking ocean views situated on the Atlantic seaboard in downtown Cape Town. 5-7 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants in Green Point and a 15-minute’ walk to V&A waterfront, the promenade and its many beaches, the stunning Green Point Park, the Cape Town stadium and the wider urban village lifestyle of Green Point.

*Our home is a cosy spot up the slopes of Signal Hill, a part of Table Mountain National Park right in the middle of the Atlantic Seaboard in downtown Cape Town. It’s at Ocean View Drive which, as the name suggests, is all about views of the Atlantic, only interrupted by Robben Island in the distance. Even so, it's smack bang in town, a 5-7 minute walk to all the Green Point shops and restaurants and a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront and a 10-12 minute drive to the stunning white beaches at Camps Bay

*Also, it is situated smack bang in the middle of the party districts at Long Street and Sea Point. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms (out of which three are en-suite) and two additional people can sleep on floor mattresses in the lounge areas. Our home has two sitting areas - one with a little swing next to a real fireplace and another around the TV

*Our favourite part is the area outside which has a pool, a sun deck, a patio and a little garden. There are fabulous views of the ocean from most parts of our home. It has one dedicated and secure parking garage

***Sun and Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa***
*Sun and Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa is a furnished self-catering villa situated in Green Point, on the slopes of Signal Hill, in the middle of the Atlantic Seaboard of downtown Cape Town. The villa is close to various shops, bars and restaurants in Green Point, and is a short drive from Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and its many beaches

*Long Street and the stunning Green Point Park. The villa has views of the ocean and Robben Island in the distance.

*Sun and Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and contains 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom contains a double bed. The first bedroom has a beautiful little balcony with amazing ocean views.
There is a living area or playroom that can sleep an additional 4 people on floor mattresses

*The villa has various sitting areas, both indoor and outdoor. The villa has a lovely entertainment ‘lapa’ area with a built-in braai. The villa has a dedicated, secure garage for a mid-size sedan vehicle

*By prior arrangement, during certain times of the year, guests may make use of a swimming pool on the adjoining property, where your hosts live. The pool is up a quick flight of stairs

Uber Chic Heritage House is a self-catering house located in Green Point, just 5 minutes from the beach, the promenade, Green Point Park, and scores of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs

*The first formal lounge contains a fireplace. The second lounge is a TV lounge, that can be converted into a fourth bedroom fitted with 2 sofa beds

*The house has a dedicated and secure parking garage.
