Five secluded private suites named after the Big Five in Sotho: Tshukudu, Ditau, Nkwe, Ditlou, and Dinare. Suites have private patios, private fire pits, and wood-fired hot tubs on most suites, with net hammocks for stargazing in select rooms. Capacity is up to 10 guests.

Facilities

Facilities include reception, bar, restaurant, boma, and pool. Oxpecker Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, with contemporary meals using locally sourced ingredients. Guests can dine indoors or under the stars. Drinks include handcrafted African cocktails and sundowners.

Location & Surroundings

Dzombo Lodge is in Black Rhino, a privately controlled 2,100 ha section of Pilanesberg National Park, South Africa. The area is malaria-free. Wildlife is non-migratory, so game viewing runs year-round. Guided game drives and walking safaris focus on wildlife in natural habitat.
