Range includes compact options (Falcon and Kestrel, queen beds) to larger units (Jackal Buzzard, four guests; Sparrowhawk, five guests with three bedrooms). All feature fully equipped kitchens, comfortable beds with quality down duvets, fireplaces, and verandahs with views.
Facilities

Compact open-plan cottage. Sleeps 2 in one queen bed. Layout flows from well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge and microwave into the lounge and sleeping area. Bathroom features both bath and shower. Central open fireplace heats the bedroom and sitting room. Provided with cotton linen, warm duvet and electric blanket. Furnished sitting area includes two-seater couch and wing-back chair with two-seater dining table. Small private porch with table and chairs overlooks the Umzimkulu river valley and trees.
Kestrel Cottage

Cozy self-catering unit sleeping 2 suitable for couple or couple with small child. Queen bed bedroom, open-plan kitchen and lounge with wood stove, bathroom with both bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. Electric blankets provided on beds. Includes outdoor braai, aluminium doors and wooden deck with views over the Umzimkulu River valley. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Jackal Buzzard Cottage

Cottage sleeping 4. Upstairs loft bedroom has queen bed with 270-degree views over the Umzimkulu River and valley. Ground floor has small cozy bedroom with double bed. Steep staircase to loft. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, bathroom with shower and bath, lounge with two 2-seater couches and open fireplace, plus porch. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Sparrowhawk Cottage

Three-bedroom block-and-log cottage sleeping 5. Covered south-facing porch offers views over trees and birdlife. Open-plan lounge/dining room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen that serves as the central hub with direct access to all bedrooms. Bedrooms: double in the log section, two singles in one block-constructed room, single with en-suite bathroom in the other block-constructed room. Bathrooms: one common with shower and one en-suite with bath. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
