Self-catering cottages include Invicta (waterside, sleeps four in two en-suite bedrooms), Marabou (two en-suite bedrooms), Matuka (largest, sleeps six), and Woolly Bugger annex. Units have kitchens, lounge/dining areas, fireplaces, linen supplied, and private bomas with braai.

Facilities

Nine trout dams and three bass dams for fly-fishing, with jetties, shorelines, float tubing, and an on-site hatchery. Guided fishing available. Also bird watching, mountain biking, walks, swimming pool, kids’ play area and jungle gym. No pets allowed.

Location & Surroundings

Near Dullstroom and Machadodorp in Mpumalanga’s prime fly-fishing region, about 2½ hours (≈260 km) from Johannesburg among rolling hills, streams and dams. Self-drive via N1, Witbank, Belfast and N4 past Machadadorp; dirt road signed Dullstroom for about 5 km.
