Golfers View @ 101 is a stunning, spacious villa located in the secure Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate in Clarens. This comfortable solar-powered holiday house offers an ideal base to explore the town's attractions and guests have access to the estate's golf course.

This fully furnished double-storey home comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and oven, ample crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and other appliances for convenience. The upstairs lounge leads out into a balcony with a built-in BBQ/braai area and stunning mountain and area views to admire, and the downstairs lounge offers a pool table; both lounge areas boast a quaint fireplace, a TV with full DStv channels, and sofas to relax on.

The home boasts a miniature putting green. Free Wi-Fi access and covered and off-street parking are available on-site. The home is fully solar-powered, just in case there are power outages or load shedding, except for laundry.

Golfers View @101 is a few minute's drive to Clarens town centre, where there are quite a few pubs, restaurants, art galleries and craft shops to visit. The Golden Gate National Park entrance is 18 km away, and the Caledonspoort Border post to Lesotho is 42 km away.

Popular activities include fly fishing, bass fishing, hiking, horse riding, and 4x4 adventures. This beautiful Free State town lies close to the Golden Gate National Park and is an ideal stopover on a journey to the mountain kingdom of Lesotho.

Clarens is an artist’s haven and a growing artistic community has taken root here, drawn by the picturesque scenery and architecture. There are many art galleries and craft shops around the village square that offer visitors the chance to take home unique curios and original artworks.

The nearby Golden Gate National Park has game drives where you can spot wildebeest, blesbok, eland, zebra, and even a wary bearded vulture. Alternatively, you can engage in a fossil hunt to discover age-old dinosaur bones, teeth, and eggs. The waters around Clarens offer the best trout fishing in the country and attract anglers and fly-fishers from far and wide.
