Directions to 12 16th Avenue, Linkside, Mossel Bay (from Cape Town via N2)

Once you arrive in Mossel Bay on the N2:

1. Take the exit onto Louis Fourie Road (R102) towards Mossel Bay town.

2. Continue straight on Louis Fourie Road (this becomes the main road through Mossel Bay).

3. Turn left into Marsh Street.

4. Continue along Marsh Street until you reach the residential grid.

5. Turn right into 17th Avenue.

6. Drive straight along 17th Avenue.

7. 17th Avenue will lead you directly into 16th Avenue.

8. Turn into 16th Avenue, Linkside.

9. Drive down 16th Avenue until you reach number 12 on your right/left (Grace@theBay).

The property is in a secure residential area with fencing and a remote-controlled gate.
Jesse will meet you at the front gate on arrival to assist with access and parking.
