Hedge House offers five self-contained rooms with separate entrances in a character home in Newlands, Sunnybrae. Rooms include microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and basic provisions. Breakfast with homemade fare is served. Wheelchair accessible room available.

Five rooms, each with separate entrance, comfortably furnished with luxury finishes. Spacious rooms, some with views, one wheelchair accessible suite. Rooms are self-contained with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, stocked with basic provisions.

Facilities

Wireless internet connection in all rooms. Fully powered during power outages. Breakfast, homemade fare, served outside on veranda or dining room. Dinners served on request. Well-treed garden with salt water pool, swing. Secure off street parking provided.

In peaceful pocket of Newlands, Sunnybrae. Within walking distance to Claremont with Cavendish Square, Newlands Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Sports Science Institute. Room 1 is our wheelchair accessible room. It stands alone, and has a king size bed or two singles. There is also space for an extra single bed. It has a spacious ensuite with underfloor heating, bath

Room 4 - Mountain-view room with veranda

Room 4 is our spacious, mountain view room. It has a large deck which is partially shaded by a Camphor tree. It is very suitable for families as there is an option to have an extra bedroom.

Room 5 - Upstairs room with king bed

Room 5 is an upstairs room with a queen size bed and a full ensuite with underfloor heating. The covered patio overlooks the pool.

Room 3 - Ground floor King room

Room 3 is a ground floor room with a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating. The room can also be made up with 3 single beds. There is a seating area with a table outside.

Room 6 - Upstairs room with queen bed

Room 6 is our latest addition to Hedge House. It is up a spiral staircase and is a Queen north facing room. It shares a balcony with Room 5 which also makes it ideal for family or friends travelling
