In Good Company has been welcoming visitors to the area since 2010, first working with Chartfield Guesthouse and then Castle Hill Guesthouse for 7 years. Branching into property management since 2017 it has been a glorious journey. Under this profile we are managing three special options:

1. Bliss Seaside Apartment boasting 5 star touches with two Double rooms, one bathroom with a shower and a second toilet with basin.
2. Quinmatro Holiday House with pool. Three en-suite rooms, study and all the bells and whistles.
3. La Rochelle Heritage House. 5 Bedrooms sleeping 11 guests with three bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

All the units have parking on the premises and are 2 mins away from the beach, all with Sea views.

Location & Surroundings

A gem on the False Bay coastline, St James and Kalk Bay are known for their raw beauty, interesting shops, a vast selection of restaurants, and stunning views. The local flair is especially evident in Kalk Bay when the fishing boats return to the harbour with fresh catches. One of the toughest decisions you'll face here is where to eat, as there are many unique places to choose from.

Here are some favourites:

* Bob’s Bagel Cafe: This small cafe serves up bagels and more.
* Harbour House: A fine-dining establishment offering great food and amazing views.
* Salt: A hip tapas restaurant located on the Kalk Bay main strip.
* Sirocco: This outdoor cafe is both casual and sophisticated, serving excellent Lavazza coffee and freshly baked goods.
* Kalky’s: A Kalk Bay institution situated right on the harbour, famous for its fresh fish and chips.
* Olympia Cafe and Deli (Plus The Bakery with the Red Door): Olympia is one of the better-known places in Kalk Bay. This bustling eatery keeps its menu simple with a chalkboard listing the day’s food. Everything is prepared from scratch, and portions are generous.
* The Brass Bell: Well known for its live music, the Brass Bell Restaurant and Bikini Bar offers something for everyone.
* Cape to Cuba: This restaurant, bar, and party venue has been a mainstay on the Kalk Bay strip since 1995, often having all its tables booked on most nights.

Additionally, there are many caves worth exploring in the mountains surrounding Kalk Bay, but it’s best to take someone familiar with the area or ensure you are thoroughly familiar with the route before setting out.
