6. Take exit 393 - 650 m
7. Turn left toward Louis Fourie Rd/R102 - 110 m
8. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Louis Fourie Rd/R102 - 5.2 km
9. Take exit 7 for Marsh St E/Mossel Bay toward Mosselbaai/City Center/Marshstraat/7 - 300 m
10. Keep left, follow signs for Marsh Street/Central Business District - 57 m
11. Slight left onto Marsh St - 47 m
12. Turn right onto Cape Rd - 300 m
13. Turn right onto 18th Ave - 59 m

here are the instructions for getting into apartment number 6
When you drive into the Bayview Centre the Super Spar will be on your right. Keep going straight and in front of you (in the middle of the open parking area) will be the entrance to the underground parking. Drive down the ramp(only 1 level dont go down more than one level) and turn right, you can park in Parking bay 6
You will see a white tiled area that goes to the lifts. On the left of that is a grey double door, go through this door and go straight. The apartments are numbered and on your right . On the left of the door is a key box, to open set the combination to 0607 the keys are inside, on departure they can be placed back inside and then scramble the combination.

Check-in procedure is as follows.
Next to the main entrance on the right under the intercom system is a key box slide down the black cover set it to 0912 to open the box retrieve key close box and scramble the combination.
On the key is a remote red button opens the first gate, walk up steps to the landing turn right and the apartment is on the right number 9 blue button opens the security gate.

Here are the instructions for getting into the Seaview apartment.
When you drive into the Bayview Centre the Super Spar will be on your right. Keep going straight and in front of you (in the middle of the open parking area) will be the entrance to the underground parking. Drive down the first little ramp to the first parking level and turn right, you can park on your left in the bay marked 4 its directly in front of the lift area On the right of that is an opening with double grey fire doors, go through and follow passage to the right and then it will turn left. The first door on the left number 4 is the apartment. On the right of the door is a key box, to open set the combination to 0409 the keys are inside, on departure they can be placed back inside and then scramble the combination.
Please note the apartments in the complex are all non-smoking.
