Marloth Park is a unique wildlife conservancy town right on the southern boundary of Kruger National Park, along the Crocodile River. It's not a typical town, it's more like a bush retreat where people live among free-roaming animals.
The atmosphere and setting are of a quiet, nature-focused area with no big city vibe. Homes are spread out in the bush, and you will regularly see animals like zebra, kudu, warthog, and impala wandering through properties.
No predators are roaming freely in Marloth Park itself; they are across the river in Kruger National Park.
Marloth Park is about 15-20 minutes from Malelane Gate (Kruger access) and close to Komatipoort, which is the nearest town with major shops and fuel. The Crocodile River is great for spotting elephants and lions across the water.
