This double-storey sanctuary offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and raw African bushveld. With three spacious en-suite bedrooms and full air-conditioning in bedrooms only,( Twin Beds can be converted to a King on request). it is designed for a seamless group getaway. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, and air fryer, along with a washing machine for added convenience.

Outside, the entertainment area is a true highlight, boasting a refreshing splash pool and a traditional braai facility where you can grill under the stars while watching the local wildlife roam freely just meters away. Marloth Park is a unique conservancy where animals like kudu, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, and warthogs are not restricted by fences and wander between the properties. While the "Big Five" (excluding lions, rhinos, and buffalo, which are kept in the separate Lionspruit Reserve) are mostly found across the Crocodile River in the neighbouring Kruger National Park, you will frequently see impala and nyala right at your doorstep.

It is a common and enchanting sight to watch these animals approach the property to drink water from the splash pool, offering an intimate wildlife experience that few other places can match. Because the animals roam freely, safety is a priority, especially for families with young children. While the parkland feels like a backyard, children must be supervised at all times when outdoors, as even the gentler-looking animals are wild and unpredictable.

The house itself serves as a secure vantage point, with its double-storey design providing elevated, sweeping views of the bushveld. This allows you to enjoy the thrill of living among Africa's iconic fauna from a safe and comfortable distance, ensuring a memorable and secure holiday for the whole family.

Marloth Park is a unique 3,000-hectare wildlife sanctuary and holiday township situated on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park, separated only by the Crocodile River.
