Kingsview Holiday Home - 126 De Villiers offers cosy accommodation for up to 3 guests, featuring two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and ample cabinet space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee and tea facilities, making self-catering a breeze. Guests can enjoy meals at the dining table, and the inviting living area boasts a flat-screen TV with DSTV and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The house also has an indoor braai area.

Queensview Holiday Home - 132 De Villiers is a spacious retreat, perfect for up to 6 guests. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed, and two well-equipped bathrooms, both with showers, toilets, and washbasins.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee and tea facilities, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable. The cosy sitting area offers a flat-screen TV with DSTV for entertainment.

Outside, guests can unwind in the outdoor braai area, complete with a dining table and comfortable outdoor furniture, ideal for alfresco dining and relaxation.

Location & Surroundings

Known formerly as Die Drup Kelder (the drip cellar) the town is today simply called De Kelders (Dutch for the cellars). De Kelders lies on the shores of Walker Bay - renowned as the home of the Southern Right Whale - because it is predominantly to these sheltered bays and rocky inlets that the whales return year after year to mate and calve between July through November.

Some of the best land-based whale watching in the world is the major attraction of De Kelders and whales come to within metres of the rocks that line the edges of kelp beds along the De Kelders coastline, never ceasing to elicit delight.

A little further up the coast from De Kelders, just outside the Walker Bay Nature Reserve, are some of the oldest remains of modern man found in the Klipgat Cave.

The little village of De Kelders lies just 5 km north of Gansbaai and about 25 25-minute drive from Hermanus.
