Klipspringer is nestled in Clanwilliam, in the heart of the breathtaking Cederberg. Ideally positioned just 44 km from the Wupperthal Museum and 7.4 km from the Sevilla Rock Art Trail, this tranquil retreat offers a true escape into nature. The air-conditioned home opens onto a patio with sweeping mountain views, creating a peaceful and inviting setting.

The holiday home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and a study. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third offers two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one features a separate bath and shower, and the other bathroom is a shower only. For your comfort, there is a cosy indoor fireplace and a braai area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, and fridge, and a smart TV with streaming services provides added entertainment. Towels and bed linen are thoughtfully provided for a relaxed stay.

Nestled at the foot of the Cederberg Mountain range, just over two hours from Cape Town, Clanwilliam is a historic town and the only place in the world where rooibos is cultivated. As one of South Africa's oldest towns, it features charming streets, locally made veldskoens, and rich heritage sites, including the old jail museum and 1820 Settlers' house.

Surrounded by the UNESCO-listed Cederberg Wilderness Area, the region spans over 71,000 hectares of rugged mountains, offering exceptional hiking, rock climbing, and scenic drives. Visitors can explore ancient San rock art through the Clanwilliam Living Landscape Project, while the endangered Clanwilliam cedar remains protected through ongoing conservation efforts.

Clanwilliam also offers vibrant seasonal attractions such as the famous Wild Flower Show in spring, water activities at Clanwilliam and Bulshoek Dams, and tastings at the Cederberg Wine Cellar.
