Leopard Trail Go Baviaans provides trail accommodation in three sleeping huts and one communal cooking hut in the Baviaanskloof World Heritage Site for hikers on the multi-day trail.

Accommodation

Three sleeping huts each sleep four people on single 30 cm mattresses in two bunk beds. Hikers share one communal cooking hut on the Leopard Trail.

Facilities

Facilities include flush toilets, hot showers, braai areas with grids, splash pool, gas stoves with four plates, cooking and eating utensils, wood-burning fireplaces and solar lighting at the camps. Mountain stream water is supplied via tanks. Slack packing service transports gear between camps. Base camp offers WiFi and dedicated freezer.

Location & Surroundings

Cedar Falls Base Camp Go Baviaans lies in the Baviaanskloof World Heritage Site. Access takes one hour from Willowmore, one hour thirty minutes from Uniondale and six hours from Patensie requiring a 4x4 vehicle. A shuttle from George Airport takes three hours.
