Directions to Lily Pond

From Cape Town International Airport:

1. Use the middle lane to stay on Airport Approach Rd and drive 1.2 km.
2. Use the left lane to merge onto the N2 via the ramp to Somerset and drive 450 m.
3. Merge onto the N2 and drive 53.1 km.
4. Turn left onto Oudebrug Rd/R321 and drive 1.2 km.
5. Turn right onto Main Rd/R321.
6. Continue to follow the R321 for 35.4 km.
7. Continue onto Main Rd/R43.
8. Continue to follow the R43 for 10.0 km.
9. Turn right (this road becomes a gravel road) and drive 11.4 km.
10. Turn right into the entrance of Bellevue Farm and drive 2.7 km.
11. Your destination will be on the right at Lily Pond, off the R43, Bellevue Farm, Worcester.

Via N1 - Worcester:

1. From Worcester, take the R43 towards Villiersdorp.
2. Pass Aan de Doorns wine cellar and cross the Breede River.
3. Turn left at the first turnoff, "Doornrivier".
4. Continue straight, passing BC Wine Cellar (mobile reception will end here).
5. Follow the gravel road until it becomes tar again.
6. Pass "Doornrivier Handelshuis" on your left and cross a small white bridge.
7. Turn left past the Cape Dutch-style house; continue on the gravel road to the farmhouse.

From Villiersdorp:

1. Drive through the town of Villiersdorp.
2. After passing through the town, continue down the small mountain pass.
3. Near the end of the pass, turn right at the only road on the pass (likely marked “Koppies”).
4. Follow this tar road, which will eventually become a gravel road — drive slowly.
5. Continue straight on the gravel road until it turns back into a tar road.
6. After about 100 metres on the tar road, turn right, just before the row of large palm trees.
7. Drive past a Cape Dutch-style house.
8. The road will turn sharply and become a gravel road again.
9. Continue straight — the road becomes a farm road and will lead you directly to the main house.
