Maison d'Ail is a family-owned guesthouse accommodation on Reservoir Street in Franschhoek, 1km from the village centre. Run by three sisters, it has five rooms, a pool, and a large veranda.

Five rooms: three luxury rooms (20m²) and two standard rooms (16m²), all with en-suite bathrooms. Luxury rooms have extra-length king-size beds, private balconies or gardens, and valley views. Standard rooms offer king-size or twin beds on request. A self-catering house sleeping up to 10 guests is also available.

Facilities

Continental breakfast is served in the downstairs open-plan kitchen and living area. Guests have access to a pool, large veranda with mountain views, and an honesty bar. All rooms include air conditioning, TV with Netflix, WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, a hair dryer, and a security safe.

Location & Surroundings

On Reservoir Street, a 15-minute walk (1km) from the centre of Franschhoek. The village is 45 minutes from Cape Town. A walk from the guesthouse leads along the river and around the reservoir. The village has restaurants, wine estates, and the Franschhoek Wine Tram.
