About

Malachite Manor Guest House is 4-star, owner-built accommodation on an 11.5-hectare property on the outskirts of Underberg in KZN’s Southern Drakensberg.

Accommodation

Six spacious rooms each have a private full bathroom, tea/coffee nook, bar fridge, and private patio with dam or forest views. Three family rooms sleep three and overlook the forest.

Facilities

Complimentary breakfast for in-house guests. Fully licensed à la carte Malachite Restaurant serves breakfast and candlelit dinners with a seasonal menu of local produce. Bar and lounge with fireplace, upstairs library, free WiFi, daily housekeeping, laundry, garden and nature walks, wellness therapists on call.

Location & Surroundings

On the outskirts of Underberg in KZN’s Southern Drakensberg (uKhahlamba UNESCO World Heritage Site), used as a base for the Berg.
