The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower.
A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and opens into an open-plan dining and living area. The lounge provides comfortable seating and a fireplace, ideal for cooler Dullstroom evenings. There is a separate area with a TV and selected DStv channels to enjoy.
The property features three patios, one of which includes an outdoor braai, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding views and fresh air. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Miramichi Guest House is pet-friendly for small dogs only, with pets required to bring their own bedding. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but is permitted outdoors. Cleaning services are available on request at an additional cost, payable directly to the cleaner. A refundable breakage deposit is required by the owner, subject to a damage-free checkout.

Location & Surroundings
369 Piet Retief Street is situated within Oaklane Estate, a secure residential estate in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. The estate consists of residential homes and open green spaces, and borders a municipal dam and nature area.
Dullstroom is located in the Mpumalanga Highlands at an elevation of approximately 2,100 metres above sea level. It is recognised as one of South Africa's leading destinations for trout fly-fishing, with several dams, rivers and fishing waters in and around the town.
The town offers established infrastructure, including shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, accommodation facilities and medical services. Dullstroom is known for its compact village layout, making amenities easily accessible from residential areas.
Dullstroom lies approximately 250 km east of Johannesburg and is a popular destination for outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, birdwatching and mountain biking due to its climate and natural surroundings.
