Five cottage units suit different group sizes: three 3-bedroom units sleep six, two 1-bedroom units sleep two, and Barn House sleeps 10–18. Each features fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, fireplace, and braai facilities with firewood available.

At the foot of Sani Pass in the Southern Drakensberg, 8km from the Lesotho border, within the uKhahlamba Drakensberg Park World Heritage Site. Wildlife includes reedbuck, eland, Black Eagles, and Bearded Vultures. Access to walking trails: Heartbreak Ridge (30 minutes), historic San rock paintings. Nearby: Sani Pass Hotel (4km), Himeville, Cobham.
