Moriti Bush Camps is private self-catering camping accommodation on the Limpopo River in South Africa, about 3.5 km from the South Africa–Botswana border, with five campsites.

Accommodation

Camping only: no rooms or chalets. Guests bring their own camping equipment; no tents or 4x4 camping vans are supplied. Five campsites: Nyala (up to 20 guests) and Matopi (up to 10) on the Limpopo River banks, plus Kingfisher, Jacana, and Hornbill beside natural ponds.

Facilities

Self-catering. Braai areas, ablutions with toilet and shower, hot water via donkey boiler, and two bags of firewood per campsite per night. Electricity at Nyala, Matopi, Kingfisher, and Jacana; Hornbill has no electricity and is fully off-grid. Nyala has a kitchenette with induction stove, fridge, kettle, and double sink.

Location & Surroundings

On the Limpopo River, about 3.5 km from the South Africa–Botswana border. Nearby: big baobab tree (Swartwater), Sesambos golf course with restaurant, and Palala 5-star hotel and bush spa. Nearly 200 bird species; hippos and crocodiles in the river.
