Accommodation
Safari tents on wooden decks are well spaced and tree-shaded, with double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private decks facing trees and vegetation, occasionally elephants. Hot water is via wood-fired boilers. No electrical points or aircon in tents. Fully inclusive: all meals, drinks and activities. Minimum stay two nights.
Facilities
Central dining area with meals and drinks included. Lapa area for charging devices. Solar power only and solar-pumped borehole water, tested and potable. Mobile signal boosted at the main area. Elephant trench around camp and a waterhole nearby. Camp-style setup with no swimming pools or in-room plugs.
Location & Surroundings
In the Nyae Nyae Conservancy in the Kalahari desert basin, on a fossil dune overlooking the Nhoma omuramba, shaded by large Zambezi Teak trees. About 80 km from Tsumkwe and roughly 280 km from Grootfontein. Day trips into Khaudum National Park take about two hours’ drive.
