Ocean House at Manzini Chalets complex in St Lucia, offers a well-located self-catering stay with comfortable space, essential amenities and easy access to the area's key attractions. Ideal for small families or couples, the apartment provides a practical base within walking distance of town and a short drive to the region's beaches and reserves.

This air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment features a queen bed and two single beds, with a bathroom fitted with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven and refrigerator for convenient self-catering. It features a furnished patio with a dining table and braai facilities. One complimentary five-litre bottle of still water and a pack of ice are provided on arrival. An extra bed or cot can be arranged on request at an additional charge.

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool within the Manzini Chalets complex, along with shared braai areas, including an additional space overlooking the lake. As a self-catering unit, guests can prepare meals at their own pace. Adjacent to the Manzini Chalets complex is a variety of local restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance. St Lucia Padel courts are located approximately within a 5-minute walk from the property.

Day tours can be arranged on request at an additional cost, with popular experiences including visits to iSimangaliso Wetland Park, boat cruises on the St Lucia Estuary, beach outings to Cape Vidal, and wildlife viewing in nearby reserves.

Set within the UNESCO-listed iSimangaliso Wetland Park, St Lucia is a small coastal town known for its exceptional biodiversity and relaxed, nature-focused atmosphere. The area centres around the St Lucia Estuary, one of Africa's largest estuarine systems, where hippos, crocodiles and a wide variety of birdlife are commonly seen.

Surrounded by coastal forests, wetlands and open savannah, St Lucia offers easy access to both beach and bush experiences. Cape Vidal is a popular day trip for its unspoilt shoreline, snorkelling spots and picnic areas, while the Eastern and Western Shores of the park provide scenic self-drive routes with opportunities to see antelope, buffalo and smaller wildlife species.

The town itself is compact and convenient, with local restaurants, cafés and small shops within walking distance. Activities range from boat cruises on the estuary and guided night drives to kayaking, birdwatching and fishing.
