Accommodation
Self-catering chalets and holiday homes of varying size and amenities. Numbered units are available year-round. Chalets have elevated ocean views and decks overlooking the Indian Ocean, with whales from the deck in season. The lodge is enclosed by Cycad (Ferox) forest.
Facilities
Self-catering stays with a safe kayak and jet ski launch in front of the lodge and a ski boat launch nearby. There is no on-site beach bar. Around 10 restaurants and bars in the Chidenguele area offer Portuguese and seafood.
Location & Surroundings
The lodge sits on elevated dunes about 6.5 km southeast of Chidenguele and about 60 km east of Xai-Xai, about 300 km from Maputo. Access is by 4×4 only via a thick sand road. Soft-white Indian Ocean beach, cycad forest, and Chidenguele lighthouse about 8 km away.
