The home features one spacious bedroom with a king bed. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower, freestanding bath, and toilet, while an additional downstairs WC provides extra convenience for guests.

Spanning approximately 114 sqm, the open-plan interior offers a welcoming lounge area with an indoor fireplace and comfortable seating. Although there is no TV, the space is perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying quality time together.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering and includes central air-conditioning with an evaporative cooler, an espresso machine with grinder, an integrated fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, and Nutribullet blender.

Step outside to enjoy the private swimming pool with double loungers, patio, firepit and BBQ/Braai facilities (wood provided), perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the Klein Karoo sun.
