Pik 'n Wyntjie offers charming and comfortable self-catering accommodation in the heart of Betty's Bay, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The property features a 3-bedroom house (Pik 'n Wyntjie) perfect for friends or family, and a smaller private studio (Periwinkle) for couples or travelling friends. Guests who book only the studio apartment do not have access to all entertainment areas unless the main house is booked with the studio as one property.

Please note that bedding is not included in the standard rental rate, but it can be arranged for an additional fee to ensure a convenient and restful stay.

The main house includes a full bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet for added comfort and ease, ideal for families or groups.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to feel right at home: a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and other essential appliances—whether you're preparing a casual breakfast or a family feast.

The open-plan lounge and dining area features a cosy indoor braai (barbecue), creating the perfect space for entertaining, especially on those breezy evenings. You'll also find a Smart TV, DVD player, and a DStv dish—just bring along your own decoder and smart card for access to your favourite channels, as only Easy View channels are preloaded. And yes, there’s Wi-Fi too, so you can stay connected while enjoying your time away.

Step outside onto the covered patio, where you'll find a pool table, dartboard, and a large table that invites fun for guests of all ages. Unwind in the comfortable wicker chairs, where you can sip a drink while taking in the panoramic views of the Kogelberg Mountains and the surrounding nature reserve—a truly picturesque setting for evening chats or peaceful mornings.

For added convenience, the property also features an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or cooling down on warm summer evenings.

The Harold Porter National Botanical Garden and the African penguin colony at Stony Point are must-visit highlights that draw nature lovers and photographers from far and wide.

Often referred to as a “mini Kirstenbosch,” Harold Porter Botanical Garden is a hidden gem that stretches from the base of the Kogelberg Mountains down to the ocean. The garden showcases an exceptional variety of indigenous fynbos—South Africa’s unique shrubland—including striking proteas, restios, and over 50 species of ericas. This unique location places it within the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, South Africa’s first UNESCO-declared Biosphere, which locals are passionate about preserving.
