This spacious beach villa is perfect for families and is situated right on the beach! You can literally watch the kids swim while sitting on the patio enjoying the amazing views of the Lagoon. We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants.

Please note that load shedding has been implemented in South Africa, and although we have equipped the house with re-chargeable lights and a gas cooker, you might be without electricity from time to time for short periods.

The house includes:
* Free uncapped wi-fi with an 8 Meg line
* One main en-suite bedroom with King bed.
* Two more bedrooms with two single beds pushed together to make a king bed
* A living room with a sleeper couch.
* Three bathrooms, one en-suite with a shower, another one with shower, and the 3rd with a bath.
* Our house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry with washer and dryer.
* The patio is part of the house and has folding shutter doors that opens out onto a private deck facing the beach and lagoon. It has a build in fire place for barbeque's.
* There are rechargeable lights throughout the house, and a one-plate gas cooker for when the power is out.
* Outside parking for 3 vehicles.

Location & Surroundings

Home to the West Coast National Park, the popular town of Langebaan is just over 100 km from Cape Town on the West Coast off the R27 next to Langebaan Lagoon. The white Caribbean like beaches surrounding the crystal clear waters of the Langebaan Lagoon is one of the main attractions of Langebaan.
