Raptor Ridge Lodge is a tranquil hillside property overlooking Gariep Dam on the Lake !gariep Route in the Free State, offering accommodation a six-minute drive from the N1.

Accommodation

Raptor Ridge Lodge offers five private guest units, each with single or double beds, en-suite bathroom and private porch with panoramic views overlooking the dam and open Karoo landscape. The entire lodge including fully equipped kitchen and braai facilities can be booked for families, small groups or team getaways.

Facilities

Guests have access to a communal lounge, wooden deck and braai facilities. Each unit includes shaded parking, solar power with gas bathroom facilities. A fully equipped kitchen is available when the entire lodge is booked. Meals and guided activities are available on request.

Location & Surroundings

Raptor Ridge Lodge overlooks Gariep Dam, South Africa's largest freshwater expanse, on the Lake !gariep Route in the Free State. It is six minutes from the N1 in the Bethulie–Norvalspont region bordering the Xhariep Nature Reserve and adjacent to Gariep Airfield and a convenient stopover between Gauteng and Cape Town.
